Engineering Market Leader, Louisville
Make 2012 the year you benefit from years of hard work and experience in Kentucky's transportation industry. As a member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and growing Corradino's KY engineering practice in coordination and cooperation with other members of senior management. Compensation will be commensurate with those successful efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be a registered engineer in Kentucky, live in or recently have resided in Kentucky, and be willing to live in the Louisville area. The position requires at least ten years progressive engineering experience in Kentucky in planning, design, environmental (PD&E and permitting), and/or construction engineering areas of practice. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet experience and relationships are required. Travel throughout Kentucky and periodic travel to Corradino's other markets of Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, and Florida is required.
SALARY

Project Engineer, Fort Lauderdale
Join The Corradino Group's South Florida team! We're growing and we need a project engineer for the study, design, permitting and project/construction administration of water and environment -related projects for public and private clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must have an engineering degree, a minimum of five years progressive engineering experience gained working on water and environmental projects, and be a registered engineer in Florida or eligible to become one within a year. This position requires a professional with a positive attitude, determination and follow-through who is creative and solutions-oriented, and eager to collaborate and take direction. Applicant must have strong communications skills, a willingness to work solo and in teams, an ability to meet budgets and deadlines, and be motivated to expand abilities through experience, training and self-directed study to provide industry-leading client service.

Transportation Design Manager, Indianapolis

REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be a registered engineer in Indiana, live in or recently have resided in Indiana, and be willing to live in the Indianapolis area. The position requires at least ten years of progressive engineering experience on INDOT road design projects. Indiana transportation experience and industry relationships are critical to filling this position.

Administrative Assistant, Indianapolis
We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to support our Indianapolis, IN office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, front desk duties: office phone system, fax machine, visitor reception, mail/package handling, office supply ordering, and maintaining the office and equipment in an organized manner. Administrative support includes word processing, presentation preparation, spreadsheet work, scheduling appointments/travel arrangements, internet research, distributing mail and incoming faxes, meeting coordination and filing. Position is full-time (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED with 3 – 5 years administrative support experience; preferably from an engineering firm. Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, strong organizational and follow-through skills are essential. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to work independently and prioritize assignments, including performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must also be willing to learn new skills.

Division Manager, Nashville
Now is the time to capitalize on your years of hard work and experience in Tennessee's transportation industry. Corradino is recruiting a senior engineer to lead our Tennessee practice.
The Division Manager for Tennessee will work with Corradino's senior management in growing the practice in the state. This includes staffing an office in the Nashville area, recruiting other professionals, and participating in advancing potential merger/acquisition opportunities in Tennessee.
REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must be a registered engineer in Tennessee, live in or recently have resided in Tennessee, and be willing to live in the Nashville area. The position requires at least 15 years engineering experience in Tennessee planning, design, environmental (Project Development & Engineering), and/or Construction Engineering areas of practice. TDOT experience and association are critical to filling this position. The Division Manager will manage multiple projects, coordinate with staff company-wide, promote Corradino's services to a varied client base, and be responsible for business management and development in the market. Travel throughout Tennessee will be required, as will attending meetings in Corradino's other markets.
