Corradino is serving as the Development Services Director for the City of Homestead, Florida. The services Corradino is providing include managing the planning and building departments for the city. Management of this staff of nearly 20 people also includes assuring that developers and applicants move efficiently through the development review process, dealing with land use, zoning, urban design, and growth management. Additional tasks involve review building plans, permitting and assessment of impact fees.

Corradino’s Sign Inventory Process combines field inventory using an iPad, a retro-reflectometer plus bar code labels with in-office GIS applications to create a signage data base for an area of any size. The data base is used to define a phased program of sign replacement to meet MUTCD standards.
