Corradino has been the project manager for the $860 million Louisville Airport Improvement Program since 1988. This project originally focused on
building two new parallel runways. Work included planning, environmetal analysis, engineering, and construction management. Currently, Corradino
continues to manage the relocation of six entire neighborhoods through urban renewal, and a voluntary effort in which the residents have petitioned
for acquisition. With more than 4,000 structures and 7,000 people to be moved, along with 100-plus businesses, this is the largest Federal Aviation
Administration-sponsored relocation program in its history.
