Corradino managed a wide array of environmental issues along Louisville's Ohio River waterfront. Most of the properties within the project area were served by old rail lines and have
been im industrial use since the late 1800's. The project successfully changed the face of the waterfront. Corradino's environmental work included site assessments,
soild & groundwater investigations, risk management, soil & groundwater remediation, permitting, worker awareness training, and response to discoveries during.
A key component of the Louisville Waterfront Redevelopment is Lousiville Slugger Field, a minor league baseball stadium. Corradino's work included sites investigations & development
of a risk-based plan for managing the environmental issues at a scrap yard & a former mannufacturing gas plant. This project was awarded the USEPA Region IV and the National 2002
Phoenix Award for brownfield redevelopment.
