M-1 (WOODWARD AVENUE)/M-1 02 (8 MILE ROAD) CONTEXT SENSITIVE DESIGN, MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Department of Transportation (M DOT) to host aesthetic/context sensitive design workshops to engage in a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to develop a transportation facility that fits its physical setting and preserves scenic, aesthetic, historic, and environmental resources, while maintaining safety and mobility. Responsibilities included, conducting meetings, coordinating final design plans, and preparing all documentation required to complete a package of aesthetic treatments, including the phasing, potential funding and initiation of partnering opportunities.
