Cari began working in the Public Relations industry more than 10 years ago, and she has 15+ years of Customer Service experience. Her career path has stemmed from jobs in government relations, retail, hospitality, news, public affairs, project management and event planning. This experience has honed her the ability to create long-lasting relationships with our clients as well as with the public, listen effectively to concerns and suggestions, communicate efficiently through social media, work in fast-paced environments that require attention to multiple tasks and projects at the same time, and has further enhanced her public speaking skills. As one of Corradino’s Community Outreach Managers, she currently oversees Community Outreach Specialists (COS) in Miami-Dade and Monroe County and supports staff in Broward County. She is also heavily involved in our team marketing efforts, playing a key role in the bid & proposal technical writing process, as well as delivering presentations to prospective clients. Prior to becoming a manager in 2015, Cari served as a COS for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), first in District 4 (Broward) and then in District 6 (Miami-Dade). Her time as a COS allowed her to gain the experience needed to properly carry out her current management duties, having gained extensive knowledge of client expectations and of the thorough outreach process. In 2020, she received the FTBA ‘Best in Construction’ Award in the Community Awareness category, for successfully executing a 6-week long safety outreach campaign on behalf of FDOT for a newly constructed project in Key West, FL. Cari is proud to contribute to our team through her strong organizational skills, her attention to detail and her ability to communicate effectively with the public and build trusting relationships.
