Project Description

The City of South Miami is among the oldest municipalities in Miami-Dade County. South Miami is centrally located between the University of Miami’s main campus and the cities of Coral Gables and Pinecrest along U.S.Highway 1 (South Dixie Highway). Corradino provided the City of South Miami for the City’s General Planning Services contract including land use planning, comprehensive planning, development review, traffic calming, and traffic impact analysis encompassed within this 3-year contract.
