Hurricane Maria Donations to Puerto Rico

The 2017 Hurricane Season has certainly been an active one. One of the most impactful disasters to hit land was Hurricane Maria, which caused severe damage and devastation in Puerto Rico and surrounding islands. Known as the third-strongest storm to ever hit a U.S. territory, Hurricane Maria initially left the entire island without power and “damaged everything in its path,” according to multiple reports. Weeks later, a large portion of the island remains without power, as many residents still struggle without food, water and basic necessities.

In early October 2017, Corradino employees collected donations at multiple offices for Hurricane Maria relief efforts. Items were delivered to the South Florida Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce via the Puerto Rico Leadership Council in Miami-Dade County, and the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce via the Village of Tequesta in northern Palm Beach County.

Corradino is proud to have assisted those in the affected areas, and we thank all of our Corradino team members who contributed and collected items for this important cause!
