For the SW 10th Street Connector & I-95 Improvements project in FDOT District 4

Carlos brings over 15 years of industry experience with 12 of those at Corradino-and holds both a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Florida International University.
Carlos has played a key role in major South Florida infrastructure projects, including the Port of Miami Tunnel, the I-75/Florida’s Turnpike Interchange, and the I-95/1-595 Interchange direct connect express lanes. With a passion for building safe, resilient infrastructure that keeps Florida moving, Carlos brings deep expertise and dedication to every project.
Currently serving as Structures Project Administrator on the I-95 Express Phase 3C project in Broward County, which features the construction and widening of 18 bridges-he continues to deliver impactful results across some of the region’s most complex transportation corridors.
