Our team contributes vital program management expertise to support renovations such as roofing, electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, media center improvements, art/music rooms, STEM lab improvements, campus safety upgrades, and the integration of cutting-edge technology.
Through collaborative problem-solving, quality assurance, and proactive coordination with contractors, designers, and school leadership, Corradino helps keep the program moving forward—modernizing aging infrastructure and reimagining the future of public education in Broward County.
Single Point-of-Entry Program
Corradino successfully led the rapid delivery of more than 238 Single Point-of-Entry (SPE) security upgrade projects—enhancing campus safety across one of the nation’s largest school districts. These critical improvements were completed within just three years, with all sites operational by Fall 2019, ahead of schedule and in full compliance with District standards.
Our team’s accelerated approach combined strategic use of multiple delivery methods, effective coordination with stakeholders, and a strong commitment to small business inclusion. By fast-tracking design, permitting, and construction, we helped ensure that students, teachers, and staff across Broward County Public Schools returned to safer, more secure campuses.
This high-impact initiative highlights our ability to deliver under pressure—mobilizing resources, managing complex logistics, and safeguarding educational environments at scale.
McArthur High School Renovation & Expansion

The scope included the demolition of aging infrastructure, construction of new classroom buildings, major roofing replacements, and full-site improvements—all delivered with minimal disruption to students, faculty, and day-to-day campus operations.
Our role focused on project oversight, stakeholder coordination, schedule and budget tracking, and ensuring contractor performance—helping Broward County bring this vital campus transformation to life on time and with long-term impact.
