This major redesign of downtown Indy’s interstate core required high-level modeling and FHWA documentation. Corradino led the traffic forecasting and capacity analysis and authored the Interstate Access Document (IAD), working closely with INDOT during NEPA and design phases. The project reached substantial completion in 2023—improving connectivity and reducing congestion at one of Indiana’s busiest interchanges.
