I-65 Widening Segment 4 – ITS Design

Corradino provided ITS design services for the 8.79-mile Segment 4 of the I-65 widening project in Robertson County. As part of TDOT’s Smartway expansion, we provided a layout and network design for dynamic message signs, CCTV cameras, radar detection units, a fiber optic backbone, and a centralized communications HUB — enabling TDOT to collect data, manage incidents, and improve traffic operations between SR-76 and the Kentucky state line.

Buckner Road Transition Widening – Design & CEI

Corradino fast-tracked this critical connection to the I-65/Buckner Road Interchange in Spring Hill — widening the existing two-lane road to three lanes while staying within ROW limits. Services included survey, geotech, drainage, plan production, bidding support, and CEI. The project advanced from kickoff to construction within six months.
