Improving access and circulation in one of South Florida’s most visited districts required intersection capacity analysis, bridge delay evaluation, and multimodal origin-destination tracking using Streetlight data. The study resulted in actionable recommendations for traffic flow and signal coordination, supported by collaboration with FDOT and Palm Beach County.
